Seal made a slew of fans very happy at his concert yesterday (16 April) in New York City by announcing publicly that his wife Heidi Klum is indeed pregnant with her fourth child.

“[The] topic of debate outside our hotel is, ‘Is Heidi having another baby?’” he told the audience. “Heidi and I are having another baby!”

“I mean, Heidi is doing all the work,” continued the Grammy-winning artist before breaking into a cover of “A Change Is Gonna Come.”

On the heels of their pregnancy announcement, Heidi Klum and Seal were spotted bringing their three children, Leni, 4, Henry, 3, and Johan, 2, to Seal’s performance at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Thursday night (16 April). Leni looked super excited to see daddy in concert, while the two boys seemed too sleepy to enjoy the show.

Heidi Klum might be pregnant with her fourth child.

Leaked sketches of the supermodel’s wardrobe for an upcoming couture event appeared on the Web earlier, but have since been taken down.

An insider who saw the images said, “It looks like Heidi is four months pregnant.”

Another source said “She (Klum) plans to announce her pregnancy when she wears the dress to the event.”

The 35-year-old supermodel and her husband, singer Seal, already have two sons together, Henry, 3, and Johan, 2. Heidi also has a daughter, Helene “Leni”, 4, from her relationship with Italian racecar team manager Flavio Briatore.

Update: Looks like it’s official! People is reporting that sources close to Heidi and Seal have confirmed that they’re expecting a baby in the fall.

Stepping out for a family romp in the Big Apple, Heidi Klum and Seal were spotted leaving their New York City hotel on Tuesday afternoon (April 14).

With Leni, Johan and Henry following along, the happy family hopped into a car and sped off for a visit to the Museum of Natural History.

Continuing their stay in New York City, Heidi Klum and Seal were spotted out and about with their adorable kids earlier today (April 13).

The “Project Runway” hottie gave her handsome husband a big smooch before he parted ways with the group and headed off to a gym in Soho for his daily workout.
